Deiondrick Roberts
Senior product designer building intuitive experiences in high-stakes, data-heavy environments.
Hi, I am Deiondrick.
Product Designer focused on clarity and real-world use
I'm a product designer and strategist with 5+ years designing complex enterprise systems. My work spans B2B SaaS, legal technology, and AI-augmented workflows for teams that need clarity under pressure.
I care about solving real problems for real users. Whether it's simplifying legal collaboration workflows, designing AI decision-support tools, or building scalable design systems, I start with how people actually work. I don't design for pixel perfection. I design for outcomes.
Outside of client work, I'm building on my creative interest around design thinking, emerging tools, and sharing my experiences with others. You'll find me shooting photography, exploring automotive culture, indulging in coffee, being a dog dad, and traveling whenever possible.

The values
behind my work
Systems Thinking
I take initiative, explore new ideas, and make decisions even when the path isn’t clear to keep things moving.
Practical Over Perfect
I bias toward shipping. Good work shipped beats perfect work theorized. Iteration beats paralysis.
Honest Communication
I speak directly. Stakeholders and teams get clarity on constraints, tradeoffs, and what's actually possible.
User Reality
Users aren't personas. They're people with jobs, pressures, and workarounds. I design for how they actually work.
